Join us for this engaging Step Up online event on Tuesday morning, February 18, where you'll learn how you can mentor future leaders through Step Up internships this summer!

Step Up connects Minneapolis youth (ages 14-21) with paid summer internships, professional mentors and training that builds careers and leads to a diverse, skilled and equitable workforce. A program of the City of Minneapolis in collaboration with Achieve Twin Cities and other partners, Step Up has provided over 34,000 internships with over 100 Twin Cities employers from 15 industries.

We'll start with a brief 30-minute presentation, where you'll learn why you should, and how you can, become a Step Up for the coming summer. You'll find out about Step Up's history and purpose from Step Up founder R.T. Rybak, hear from a Step Up supervisor and intern about their valuable experiences in the program, get information on key program details and how you can participate, and connect with like-minded individuals. We then invite you to bring your questions and continue the conversation with the Step Up team.

This event is perfect for anyone looking to empower young people through mentorship, benefit their company and make a difference in their community. Don't miss out on this chance to help young people grow and develop their leadership skills by becoming a Step Up employer.
