Doyen provides career and college readiness support to students in three Minneapolis Public Schools Contract Alternative Program (CAP) schools, including Menlo Park Academy, PYC Arts and Technology High School and VOA High School, as well as the Minneapolis Academy and Career Center.

A proud graduate of Saint Paul Public Schools, Doyen has also served as an AmeriCorps member in Saint Paul, where she was a high school coach at Harding High School and supported students through college applications, scholarships, financial aid and transitioning to college. She has also worked with Genesy Works as a program coordinator, guiding students through yearlong internships in IT and business, as well as high school graduation and post-secondary planning.

Doyen graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin with a B.A in developmental psychology and minor in ethnic studies. While at Lawrence she discovered her passion for educational equity and access.
