Throughout her career, Megan has focused on providing facilitative leadership, financial sustainability, project management, and strategic direction to mission-aligned organizations. She uses a people-centered lens and systems approach to manage financial and human resources effectively so that organizations can reach their highest potential and fulfill their mission in the world.

After growing up in “Minnesconsin”, Megan spent 16 years on the west coast and was happy to return to the Midwest in 2016 to be closer to family and bring back her acquired skills, experience and continued passion for creating change. Outside of her professional work, Megan is involved in a variety of community groups working for environmental and social justice. She can often be found playing trumpet with her band in the streets for local actions or petting every dog she meets.
