Jess Cass (she/her) brings nearly 20 years of strategic and technical experience working inside nonprofit organizations. She is passionate about data-focused work and using data to provide meaningful insights that help to create successful development and communications strategies that provide resources to open doors for others.

Most recently, Jess held the role of development and communication associate at Can Do Canines. Prior to that, she worked at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School where she held the positions of marketing & communications manager, donor services & database manager and development coordinator, throughout her 10+ year tenure. She received a BA in journalism and mass communication from the University of Minnesota. In her free time, Jess enjoys reading, cooking, hikes with her pooch, live music and traveling.
