Kelsey brings a love for education and creating unique opportunities for urban youth. For the last 15 years, she has worked for various non-profit organizations that have allowed youth to explore their interests, develop meaningful connections and build skills necessary to become a part of a global society.
Kelsey came to Achieve Twin Cities after working with non-profits that partnered with Milwaukee Public Schools, helping students with academics and social emotional learning. After moving back to Minneapolis, she was fortunate to get a job as a Step Up program associate and then moved to the Achieve career and college readiness team, where she loves connecting with students about their goals and aspirations for life after high school.
Having worked with so many non-profit organizations, Kelsey sees the vital role they play in our communities and is grateful students have access to these amazing resources!
In her free time, you will find Kelsey coloring, crafting, and hanging out with her nephew and sister.
