Theresa (she/her/hers) holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and enjoys human resources work. She is passionate about social justice, breaking down barriers and challenging systemic inequities.

Before coming to Achieve Twin Cities, Theresa served as an AmeriCorps member with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, building homes and community with volunteers. Seeing progress take shape both in the homes being built and advocacy for equitable homeownership made the work meaningful to her.

Theresa is excited by “ah-ha” moments in career exploration and loves working with young people to establish their strengths and agency in their career decisions. She is also a proud auntie and an avid player of Dungeons and Dragons.
