Sirad (she/her) has a passion for creating environments where employees can succeed and thrive. Motivated by a desire to foster positive workplace cultures, Sirad is dedicated to improving HR processes, supporting recruitment, and onboarding, and enhancing employee engagement. 

She holds an associate's degree in psychology and communication studies and is currently pursuing a degree in psychology to further her expertise in the field.  In her spare time, Sirad enjoys learning new languages, currently speaking three and adding two more to her repertoire. She also loves exploring parks, walking through nature, swimming, and indulging in paper craft journaling.
