Phia Yang (she/he/they) came to Achieve from the admissions department at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. In this role, Phia also supported prospective Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) students in understanding AAPI resources at the University.  

Phia graduated from the U of MN as a youth studies major and also brings prior experience at Washington Technology High School coordinating its after-school program. Phia is ecstatic to return to Washington to support students in their postsecondary planning!  

In Phia’s free time, Phia enjoys binge watching a new show or cooking a new recipe. Phia has also been picking up more books to read and loves good book suggestions!
