Scott Kosloski (he/him) is an entrepreneur and strategic business development and sales professional with over seven years of experience leading large-scale initiatives and projects in the ESL corporate education and solar energy development industries. Armed with a passion for his community, mapping data and problem-solving, Scott is enthusiastic about the work he does with our amazing Step Up employers and youth participants.  

Scott lived in Bangkok, Thailand for nearly eight years, where he enjoyed the privilege of working with students and mentees across wide professional, ideological, religious and cultural backgrounds. He has also produced documentaries, worked in art galleries, helped install sculptures and continues to practice lost wax casting.

In his free time, Scott is an avid environmentalist and outdoorsman who loves to hike in the mountains, rock climb, camp, stargaze, snowboard/ski and generally play outside at all times of the year with his family. He left the tropical beaches of southeast Asia to be a funcle (fun+uncle), fall in love, become a stepdad and dive into supporting what he considers one of the most amazing communities in the USA, the Twin Cities. Scott has also served on the board of Gay for Good, Twin Cities.
