Taylor (she/her) came to Achieve after working with Hired for several years, where she helped families on MFIP explore and pursue educational and professional opportunities. She places great importance on expanding equity and working with others to find jobs with sustainable wages. She is excited to partner with students to help them plan for and feel confident about their future beyond school

Taylor has also taught English to young people in South Korea, where she gained experience in developing curriculum, teaching English language learner students, and navigating life in a place culturally and linguistically different from her own.

Taylor graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in youth studies. In her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, going to events such as concerts and games, being in the water, and crafting (knitting, crochet, quilting and embroidery.
